As some of you may know, the national organization of Wheelers for the Wounded has had to disband due to a lack of participation and sponsor funding. Jason Havlick will not be able to continue traveling from state to state nor will he be coming to KRRP with the WFTW Jeep and trailer. With our local support though, the Brush Beater Jeep Club has raised enough money to still honor our military. KRRP and Brush Beaters have decided to still hold a trail ride day where wounded vets/currently enlisted soldiers are still welcome to come to KRRP and receive free park entry. Chuck Wagon Foods will still be available for meal purchases during lunch as well as giving free lunches to our servicemen. Any left over funds raised from earlier WFTW charity events will be donated to the Fort Scott American Legion.
