I signed up for the event, but haven’t recieved any confirmation that they have my registration. Also I can’t find anywhere about what time it starts?

Can any BOD guys help or anyone that is putting on this event?

Are there guided trails or just on your own?
WHat’s for lunch? I don’t care, but bringing my cousin that has Downs and it’s a priority on his list. LOL
Any raffle info about prizes?

Thanks.

I sent Andy a text telling him there are questions on his event, I’m sure he’ll answer them ASAP…

Sorry I missed this earlier…

I didn’t send out conformations, sorry, but if you registered, I have your name with the options you chose on a spreadsheet.

We are having Pulled pork sandwiches, Lays potato chips, cookies and your choice of coke, Diet Coke, Sprite or Water.

I will open a registration table about 7 am, the park hours are from 8 to 7pm. Lunch will be served at noon, following lunch at 2:00pm we will have the drawings…this will give the people who want to participate in geo-caching a chance to get back in time for the drawing.

I will offer geo-caching for $5.00, the prizes will be 10 extra drawing tickets per point located…as long as you are the first person to that point.

This is just a open trail run, but if you want a guided run I’m sure we can accommodate you. :)

As for drawing prizes, being a first time planner of an event and being the first time this event is run…we did OK for items:

2 – 48″ Hi-Lift jacks (worth ~$80 each)
1 – Garmin 1350 GPS (worth ~$150)
1 – ARB Snatch bag w/ snatch block, d-rings and tow strap (worth ~$190)
1 – set of Yukon u-joints for D44 (worth ~$400)
1 – Warn 3″ x 30′ Tow Strap (~$80)
4 – gift certificates from 4WD Hardware
2 – Gift certificates from Marsh Racing Wheels
Royals & T-Bones tickets

I hope this answers your questions…if not feel free to call me @ (913) 486-5639

I would like to thank all of the contributors and participants for making this a successful event.

Remember, of you won anything to PLEASE call or email a thank you to the company that supplied that item and please buy more items from them…without them, these events would be…well, much less enjoyable and considerably less profitable for for their intended purpose.

Also, I would like to take this time to thank KRRP, this event would not have happened without them!
